How long does the free in-home consultation take?
Most consultations take 45–75 minutes, depending on how many windows you're covering. We take the time to measure every window carefully and show you relevant samples — no rush, no pressure. If you want to do just one room first, that's fine too.
Do I need to prepare anything before the consultation?
Nothing specific is required. If you have paint color chips, fabric samples, or photos of the room(s), feel free to have them handy — they help us find the best match. Otherwise, we'll handle everything. Just make sure the windows are accessible.
How far in advance do I need to book?
We're usually able to schedule consultations within a few business days. Contact us and we'll give you the earliest available time. If you have a specific deadline — a move-in date, a renovation milestone — let us know and we'll prioritize accordingly.
Do you do consultations on weekends?
Our showroom hours are Monday–Friday 9am–noon, but we accommodate appointments outside of those hours — including Saturdays — for homeowners who work during the week. Just mention your availability when you reach out and we'll find a time that works.
I just need a repair — do I still need to call?
Yes, please call us at (612) 922-4100 or fill out the form above. Describe what you have — brand, product type, and what's broken — and we'll let you know if we can fix it and give you an honest assessment of repair versus replacement cost. Most repairs can be done without a full consultation.
